Making a purchase
Choose what items you would like to purchase and go to the Shopping Cart and follow the instructions on how to pay and provide us with your delivery details.
If you require more that 2000 pieces or 10 cartons of any item please email us to obtain a discounted price.
If the goods you require are not in stock, click on ENQUIRE and this will take you to an enquiry form.
Purchases are accepted for delivery worldwide. If you are located outside of mainland UK you must contact In2 Cases Ltd for a quotation for freight charges.

constitutes an invitation to trade and not a formal offer.
An offer is only accepted when full payment has been made and the good dispatched and a confirmation of order is issued.
Methods of payment
Simply click on the appropriate option on the order form and follow the instructions.
We accept most major credit cards through Pay Offshore, a simple and most importantly a safe way to pay for your goods.
All card transactions are handled by Pay Offshore Ltd, who guarantee the security of your card details.
For larger orders costing in excess of £2000 please contact us and we will arrange for a Pro-forma invoice to be sent to you by email.

All goods must be paid for in full before delivery.
All purchases are subject to VAT where applicable
Any purchases outside of the UK & Europe may be subject to local import duty and will be charged.
All purchases will be charged a delivery fee depending on distance and method of delivery. If you live in the UK this amount is charged
when you place the order.
If you live outside of the UK please contact us using the enquiry form for a delivery rate to your country.
All goods must be paid for in Pounds Sterling.
All goods remain the property of In2 Cases Ltd until paid for in full.
Handling and delivery
All goods sold are packed in cartons as stated on the website.
All carton sizes & weights are shown on the order form.
Delivery charges will depend on size & weight of the carton If the goods are in stock they will be dispatched to you on the following working day (Monday to Friday)
Our goods are dispatched from a depot in Leicester, UK, and will normally be delivered within the UK in a 24 hour working period.
Large orders or special requirements will take at least 30 days to deliver as they come from our overseas manufacturer. Special and urgent orders can be sent by air but the client will be charged all freight costs.
For deliveries to Europe, delivery time will depend on location.
If incorrect delivery instructions are given by the client, any extra costs incurred will be paid for by the client and not In2 Cases Ltd.
All goods delivered will be signed for by the client or their representative on arrival and become the property of the client once signed for.
In2 Cases Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery by the courier and cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the client due to late delivery of any goods supplied through In2 Cases Ltd.
If delivery coincides with a bank holiday, there may be a delay in the client receiving the goods.
Tax charges
For orders made within the UK or European Union, VAT will be added.
Returns policy
In the event of goods received by a client being damaged on arrival, In2 Cases Ltd must be advised within 24 hours either by telephone 00 44 1534 855187 or email

In the event of incorrect goods being received by the client, In2 Cases will be responsible for their collection and replacement at no cost to the client.
All items must be returned in their original carton and in a re-sellable condition.
Any items found to be damaged in anyway cannot be replaced or refunded in any circumstances.
All items returned to In2 Cases Ltd must be unused & unopened.
If a client orders incorrect goods, the client has the option of either paying for them in full or returning the items in an un-opened & unused condition to In2 Cases Ltd at the expense of the client.
The client will also be liable for any items that are broken, lost or stolen whilst in transit.
All items must be checked by the client upon delivery and if the client suspects there are broken or damaged items within the cartons, the client must sign the delivery note 'Damaged' and contact In2 Cases Ltd on 441534855187 or email

within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
If any items received are found to be faulty, the matter must be reported to In2 Cases Ltd within 21 days of receiving the goods and the goods returned to In2 Cases Ltd. A full refund will be given on receipt of the faulty goods.
